Cats like wandering here and there and may harm your children and furniture from their mysterious habits. To make them amiable and good mannered you have to train them and improve their general behavior. If you are aware of its habits and behavior then you can control its activities and guide it to perform specific tasks. Training your cat is somewhat more difficult then training a dog regarding general behavior.

You can control its activities by proofing all the household materials far away from its approach. You can limit its activities by giving its sudden surprises when it is causing some damage. You can control its biting habits being friendly to it.

You must be careful regarding cleanliness of your home and neighborhood as your pet cat may spoil both of them. You must teach it how to behave while moving from one place to another within your home or outside your home. Cats are generally less friendly then dogs.

You can improve your cat’s behavior by doing tricky things while it is causing damage to different households, furniture, plants, paper, places etc. You can diminish its biting behavior by clapping, hissing or through a loud scream. Your cat will be surprised and forget about biting.

Cats may tear out curtains or may attack electric wiring within your home. You can use tension roads or vertical shade to safeguard your curtains and distasteful material around the cable to protect electric wiring. Cover the soil around all the plants with gravel so that your cat may not use plants and soil as a litter box.

Put a lid on the top of garbage container otherwise your cat may spread garbage everywhere or munch it. You can train your cat not to scratch furniture and carpets within your home. Teach them about kitchen stuffs and how to ask for food and drink?

Like dogs cats are not sociable and seldom like strangers, so you must bring your cat for morning and evening walks. You must train them how to behave when they are in the garden? How to react when they meet any stranger?

You must treat your pet cat like your own children and your behavior must be sympathetic towards their activities after all they are not human beings and don’t understand the world so easily.
